　　中国招商杂志社首席顾问、美国拉斯维加斯旅游局董事长傅乐仁博士，2007年5月，在大连接待美国克莱门蒂资本公司董事长莉利娅克莱门蒂。双方约定携手投资中国。

　　2007年8月，傅乐仁博士在西安与莉利娅克莱门蒂回合，访问山西国贸大学筹建处。

　　2007年11月，傅乐仁博士邀请美国宾州政府及匹兹堡访华团在北京，与莉利娅克莱门蒂商谈合作事宜。

　　In 1992, Clemente Capital Asia was established to provide investment management expertise to various mutual funds in the region. Incorporated in Hong Kong and with its representative office in Beijing, Clemente founded and managed the Cathay Clemente Holdings, Inc. with initial assets of US $75 million. This Fund had the distinction of being the first listed Private Equity Fund in China.
